Your files
Every file you open with FilePrivy is processed locally in your browser. Files are never uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see, store or share them. Some tools download program files once (for example an AI model, an OCR language pack or a video engine) from public CDNs; your files are not sent with these requests.
Data stored on your device
We keep your favorite and recently used tools in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
Advertising and cookies
Your files still never leave your device: ads are loaded separately from the tools, and no file content or file names are ever sent to Google or any other ad partner. We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Analytics and logs
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand which tools are used.
Children
FilePrivy is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
